June 28, 2009 The second China PE Investment Summit was held in BOC building in Lujiazui, Shanghai. Chief President Dr Hu Cheng and Chief Capital Shanghai representative Zeng Xiaofa attended the summit. As a special invited guest, Dr Hu made the keynote speech of “The diversification of enterprise capital market strategy”, it was widely praised by the audience, and it made the Chief Capital case one of the most talked cases by the guests.      In the summit, Chief Capital had extensive and deep conversations with Shanghai PE funds partners and enterprise representatives which built a firm foundation for future co-operations.
