October 2009, a plastic packing company based in Chongqing has completed a domestic financing of 6.6 million RMB under Chief’s arrangement. According to the financial advisory agreement between Chief Capital and the company, Chief is to provide international and/or domestic financing and oversea listing services for the company, and the completion of this transaction will speed up the listing and financing process.
