Our Value as a Financing Advisor

We focus on bringing growth capital to suitable small and medium sized enterprises in China.  In most transactions, our PIPEs have come concurrently with a client’s public OTCBB listing through an RTO. 

Quality Chinese SMEs -- small and medium sized enterprises -- often have high growth, good products, and outstanding leadership.  And they want to expand.  Many industries in China are highly fragmented, and quality SMEs have huge potentials for growth if they can expand or acquire through cash expediture.

Clients come to us for advice on bringing in growth capital.  We can propose a number of different structures for both the client and our international partners based on what we see during due diligence.  We assess the viability of different financing structures.  In essense, we help resolve an extremely valuable question: What mix of convertible debt, equity, warrants or other provisions is best for both our clients and their investors?

Chinese companies and individuals have begun to think about planning their retirements.  Chief Capital provides professional Asset Management services in Hong Kong and China to serve this growing market demand.

Direct Investment

Based on specific client profile, Chief Capital can provide pre-RTO financing.  Many times, though, our international partners are interested in this phase of financing and Chief facilitates their involvement.  Chief Capital also has the resource base to directly participate in PIPEs given specific company profile factors.
