| The Chief Capital Group is a professional firm employing both overseas and mainland professionals. We employ one of the top professional teams in China, professionals well versed in international finance, law and taxation. Past international investors have remarked that some of our key strengths are the broad relationships we maintain with our mainland clients and the network that allows us to consistently find and deliver outstanding companies to investors. Chief Capital is organized into three main subsidiaries: Chief Capital Limited, Chief China Assets Management Limited, and Chief Investment Holdings Limited.
Chief Capital Ltd.
Chief Capital Ltd. is a full service financial consulting group registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. It consults small and medium-sized enterprises in China interested in growth capital, primarily through providing these services: due diligence, feasibility plans, financing plans, business plans, legal and financial restructuring, and investor-client communication.
Over five years, Chief Capital Limited has raised $87.3 million in OTCBB listings and concurrent PIPEs for five companies: Fushi Copperweld, Inc (now NASDAQ listed FSIN), Sino Gas International Holdings, Inc. (SGAS.OB), Wuhan General Group (WUHN.OB), Dalian RINO Engineering Co., Ltd. (JDMC.OB) and Dalian Chuming (ENHD.OB).
Chief China Assets Management Ltd.
CCAM Ltd. offers investment advice, mutual fund management, proprietary funds, and portfolio management to corporations and individuals. The fund has secured a $50 million investment from investors on top of existing capital, and will allocate this fund in these different capacities: pre-RTO investments, mainland companies, and opportunity funds.
Chief Investment Holdings Ltd.
CIH Ltd. is the capital investment body of Chief Capital Group. The company targets outstanding mainland-based private enterprises with high growth prospects. CIH can act as an additional accredited investor, directly investing in a client company before the completion of the reverse merger.
